Hello,
Currently my workflow works fine with office 2003 document type.When i try to initiate the same workflow with 2007 ( docx ) my workflow is stuck (attempt value in convertqueue table being highest 32 ) at eSign robot step.
I have configured eSign Robot (?func=fdaadmin.setdirectories) to work with docx mime type.

Please let me know what i could do to debug the error, my environment is LL 9.7.1, Adlib exp Server 3.0.0.

Also please let me know what configuration changes i need to take into account to upgrade from Office 2003-2007 for my application to work perfectly with MSO 2007, Filter Pack been used is 1.0.6, LL 9.7.1.
