It is important to understand what we will do with the summary timings data you upload to Livelink-Experts.com.

1. By uploading the data you agree to provide it to Livelink-Experts.com for our unrestricted use, provided that we agree to:
   1. Not provide your data to any other person or entity (other than that required by employees of Livelink-Experts.com or GATE Village in the course of their duties) in a way that would identify you or your company provided you do not identify either within publicly available titles or descriptions UNLESS we have your explicit permission to do so
2. We will make the summarized data, the so-called Usage Profile Dataset, available to premium accounts ... these datasets offer only aggregated data and there is no way to identify the company or user that created the Usage Profile Dataset unless explicitly set by the user in Step 4 of the process
   1. We will never make available the uploaded files to anybody not required to administer the site, they are treated as Strictly Confidential Data until summarized
3. We will collect user/account data contained within any uploaded summarytimings files but only so as to be able to determine the number of active users within the dataset and the average number of transactions per user. The user data and the summarized data are kept and stored separately, there is no way to determine which transactions any particular user performed from the stored data (as only summarized data is stored).
4. We will attempt to market and potentially sell access to the aggregated information to interested companies or entities, but under no circumstances and in no case will we disclose any identifying information connecting your use of the service and the aggregated results.
5. We will examine the uploaded data, generated Usage Profile Datasets and Usage Profile Scenarios to in order that we may better serve you with information about your data; for instance, indicating potential performance concerns, or mismatches between your Usage Profile and a 'standard' Usage Profile typical for your stated solution and suggesting Livelink Experts that might be of particular assistance to you.
